How It All Started

At the age of 24 I was exactly where I wanted to be or so I thought. I graduated with a degree in CIS and landed full time job at Centrylink Headquarters as a junior software test engineer. After 6 months I thought “This cannot be life”. I was grateful yes but there was no challenge in it. Later that year I met a now good friend who drove a super luxury car. So I did the same thing I’ve been doing since I was a kid. I asked “What do you do”? He answered “I’m a real estate investor”. I had absolutely no idea what that meant but I was determined to find out. I began to ask more questions,  researching, reading books on the topic and attending classes and seminars.

That friend helped me get my credit in order and then I house hacked my 1st home.

I’ve never looked back!
